Reason for pels After a massive failure last year and what looks like a new rebuild on the horizon (especially with what’s happening to Zion, Cj’s age and dj injury) it’s time for them to trade some pieces, Trey Murphy after being not injured for a lot of rhe season had his best year and his value is at his highest it may ever be so trading him for expiring contract in HB so they have cap room next off season or for a trade piece for picks later it just makes sense. Also after falling in the draft grabbing another pick for another player to replace him or a center
Spurs reason
I know it hurts to drop that first rounder but it we get shooting/scoring on the wing (something we have been dying for the past 3 seasons) we can open our true playoff window (baring injuries) while still not harming our future and not taking on a massive massive contract in KD, not to mention (as much as I don’t think it’s his fault ) his teams failure
line ups
pels
PG- poole, jose, payton
sg- herb , hawkins
sf- HB, brown ,boston
Pf-zion , Newll(14th pick), JRE/brooks
C- Missi,maluach (7th pick)
Spurs PG- Fox, CP3 , wesley , mclaughlin Sg- harper(2nd pick) , champagnie, branham SF- castle ,vassel, duke jr pf- Sochan , KJ , mamukelashvilli(the goat) c- wemby , bassey, biyombo
PS. theres def a world where the spurs send them another first rounder or a couple 2nds but i also think this could be a valid trade due to the contract space this gives them next offseason.
also with more trades and FA alot of the lineups might be stuffed up but look at the date pretty plz
the draft picks from the pels are partly chosen through ESPN with Malucah but i choses ASA due to trade talks around zion so yeah
one more thing, the lineups where kinda hard for the spurs cause who truely knows whats gonna be pulled out, and i didnt really watch much pels but i feel this is a decent line up dont know
