Technically would have to be two trades, but the Spurs can take the Quickley contract into cap space, so it works fine. Spurs get a guy who can probably play with Wemby 15 minutes a game and play the other 15 as a backup center so their defense doesn't fall off a cliff.
Quickley probably isn't a contender level starter, but at this contract they can take a flier on him and see, and still have future assets to use his contract to upgrade.
The Raptors basically get to help themselves tank for 2025.
