The Suns will likely move Nassir Little over the off-season to save a little on the luxury tax, prior to giving new contracts to Grayson Allen and Royce O'Neale with Bird Rights.

In this trade, they would send out their own first round pick on draft night (currently #22) for Utah's pick from OKC (worst of Thunder/Clippers, currently #28) and the #31 pick of the second round (better of Memphis/Washington).

The Suns would be trading down in the draft to pick up an extra pick and save on the tax. Utah would take a chance on a young athletic wing locked into a cheap contract, and also move up in the draft.
