The 22nd pick and 2031 1st rounder would be sent to Utah in the Kessler trade

For better or worse, we're running back the big 3. I don't see any 'win-now' moves from trading KD or Book, and trading Beal for anyone productive is unlikely at best.

First, I think Bol Bol played his way out of a minimum contract this season and won't play for the Suns in 2025. I also don't think Gordon was happy with his role and will look to play elsewhere.

IMO our lack of depth at the 5 was by far our biggest problem this season. The issues stemming from our lack of PG pales in comparison to the Drew Eubanks minutes. Kessler is a great option to backup Nurkic, and comes off his rookie contract in 26/27 (when KD & Nurk expire).

Working under the limitations of the 2nd apron, I think Vezenkov is the best we can trade Nassir Little for. Definitely an upgrade, and think he could benefit playing with the space the big 3 create (although I thought that about Yuta lol).

Drummond, Payne, and Dunn are all likely to sign for the minimum in FA. This bolsters our depth, and hopefully either Payne or Dunn are able to provide decent minutes as a backup PG for us.

Imagining the lineup would look like:

Book/Beal/O'Neale/KD/Nurkic

Payne/Okogie/Allen/Vezenkov/Kessler

Dunn/Lee/Roddy/Young/Drummond

Thoughts? Is this realistic? Let me know!
