TL;DR: Suns get longer, a solid backup 5, and solidify their 8 man rotation for the playoffs as Tyus, Book, Beal, KD, Nurk, O'Neale, Dunn, and Okongwu.
I loved Ryan Dunn when we drafted him. On year 1, at worst, I thought he would be Josh Okogie but taller and a better defender. He is undersized and struggles against big centers - but that is where Nurk is best (being a big-bodied 300lb guy and all), I really think the two would make a solid pairing.
