OKC gets a proven playoff shooter in Cam Johnson that could also start at times with SGA/Dort/JDub/Chet and provide a ton of spacing that Joe couldn't in the playoffs. They also clear a roster spot to take Cedric Coward #13 (whom the Spurs would have taken at #14). They also extend SGA/JDub/Chet on 35/25/25 % extensions and JWil at 3%. However, this trade puts OKC $30m over the 2nd Apron in 26/27 and $50m into the tax. OKC will have to find a way to shed around $36m in salary in 26/27, extending a problem they already had being an estimated $16m over the 2nd Apron already. The cheap extension of Jaylin Williams helps if they need to part ways with Isaiah Hartenstein.
