OKC has been struggling shooting from 3 and need to get Carlson signed to an NBA deal. This brings OKC some size and shooters, and moves picks back to 2031. Topic is a potential future loss but this strengthens the Thunder now.

For Atlanta, this brings back a young player with high upside and 3 potential 1st's, and a way to shed the majority of Young's salary over the next two seasons, giving them up to $37.5m in cap space to resign Porzingis or anyone else for 26/27. (Jazz 26 is a huge gamble, would switch that for Rockets 26 if Hawks wanted)

The Bucks get to pair Giannis with Trae Young in a bid to keep the Greek Freak. Giannis/Turner is probably the best defensive front court Trae has ever worked with, which should help with some of his defensive liabilities.
