Trade Machine doesn’t allow for trading rights to players previously picked, i.e. Vasilije Micić whose rights are owned by OKC.
The Denver & OKC trade of Green and picks is a done deal, but must be included to move Green to Portland.
Wizards get the experienced PG they need in Micić at the cost of trading their #10 pick in this draft for OKC’s #12. Wizards will not have to use their pick on a PG and can pick best available.
To help with their win-now scenario, Portland gets two experienced C/PF in JaMychal Green and Derrick Favors in the event Nurkic walks in free agency. Combined salaries of Green and Favors is $300K more than they paid Nurkic last season. They also trade the #7 pick for the #10 pick, where they still should be able to pick up Duren or Williams if they want to draft a Center.
OKC moves up from pick #12 to pick #7 this year and creates roster space for one of their two first-round picks this year.
