It starts with Tottenham agreeing a bid for Ndiaye, in order for Tottenham to pay this, they needed to sell Richarlison back to Everton, while both teams agreed on the bids and Ndiaye agreed personal terms, Richarlison didn't like that he was sent to Everton even though he wanted to join Everton (AKA him not wanting to take a pay cut I imagine), that made Ndiaye joining Manchester City instead and Everton looking for other striker option as because they thought Richarlison was joining then, they sold Beto, leaving Theirno Barry as their only first team striker.

Meanwhile, coming into deadline day, Monaco NEEDED to sell, so when Chelsea came in with a bid for Lamine Camara, they accepted it, but when Everton came in with a bid for striker Folarin Balogun, they chose to sell Balogun instead.

But what happened is that last minute Balogun rejected Everton, and with to time in the transfer window left, that was it.

So, Richarlison rejecting Everton was bad for EVERYONE:

Tottenham didn't get Ndiaye and they got Mudryk (😭) instead, not to mention that now they are stuck with Richarlison who they don't want be there anymore (and so does he).

Everton now have 1 first team striker only and have missed on both Richarlison and Balogun.

Chelsea who sold Enzo Fernandes and needed a replacement, didn't get Lamine Camara.

And Monaco, who needed to sell, didn't end up sell Camara or Balogan.

Now a big part in this fiasco was Illman Ndiaye and Enzo Fernandes getting sold in the first place, and guess who bought them? Manchester City. And for me that's the 116th charge right there.
