Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected during their time in s/topshot. If you are personally insulting someone, or verbally abusing someone, or acting in an otherwise uncivil or disrespectful manner, that is grounds for suspension.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, religious hatred, and hate speech of any variety are not welcome in s/topshot. As a mod team who wants everyone to feel welcomed, we cannot tolerate these types of comments, and therefore bigotry is grounds for a ban.

Fanspo is about sports, and there are tons of underage kids on this site. If you’re going to be posting NSFW content, you don’t belong on this site, and you certainly do not belong in s/topshot.

Harassment and sharing of personal information have major negative real-world consequences that can ruin someone’s life. In accordance with Fanspo policy, s/topshot has zero tolerance for doxxing, harassment, or similar behaviors. If you exhibit these behaviors you will be banned.

This site is an awful place to advertise, it’s full of kids and college students who don’t have the money to buy half the stuff you try and sell on here. And that’s not the point of Fanspo either, we’re here to talk sports, not shop or be subjected to other spam. Advertising and spam will be met with a swift ban.

The s/topshot team believes in due process. If you believe that your ban or mute was not justified, feel free to appeal your ban by commenting on one of kawntent’s posts. If you are going to appeal, please do so in a way that does not break any space rules or your appeal will not go through. I am happy to discuss any disagreements on mod actions, as long as you can do so in a respectful and civil manner.
