Warriors go all in to compete for two more seasons by trading for LaVine and Caruso. They have to give up two young assets in Podz and Moody while also giving up Chris Paul and a first round pick. They also get to resign Klay Thompson for two years on a decent contract. In this process, they also duck under the second apron while keeping their big 3 which they have said they want to do.
Chicago saves face in trading LaVine and getting a first round pick and what hurts is giving up fan favorite Caruso but they get good young talent to replace him. They also resign DeRozan and stay competitive in the East.
Spurs bring in competency to help with Wemby and get CP3 to man the PG position and start building a decent team. They still have cap space to sign a big fish to bolster their lineup and they give up no assets in the process.
