Even tho DeRozan isn't a great leader, at least in playoffs, I feel like he doesn't need to be a good leader, this Toronto team has a championship mentality ever since 2019 started. There's Lowry, VanVleet, Siakam got better, OG got better...this isn't 2018 Toronto, DeRozan would not be under such a pressure anymore. They would get Derozan in this trade who would sign a new contract, Ibaka and VanVleet resign, San Antonio gets Norman Powell, Stanley Johnson and a first round pick.
