High End: Cole Anthony/Mo Williams Low End: Shabazz Napier/TyTy Washington Jr. Median outcome: Terry Rozier Pros: Playmaking, shooting, athleticism Cons: Size, finishing Verdict: Boogie is a tiny guard with poor finishing numbers around the rim, but despite that there's still upside to him as he is able to create shots for his teammates through his shifty high speed game. Boogie also makes an effort on defense and shoots quite well off the catch, but despite that his size still limits his ceiling as he has difficulty against bigger guards and cannot create 3 pointers off the dribble. It is quite hard for smaller guards with bad finishing to make it into the league, but the shooting and playmaking talent is undeniable.

fland's season ended early due to injury, which is something to note.

fland is a nice combo guard. he can score and can handle the ball a little. i think his motor wasn't controlled yet by the time he had to end his season, and he was still a fairly raw and youthful guard prospect, but i liked what i saw from him and think that even if he's undersized, he's not bad.

Boogie Fland handles, moves and creates with convincing speed and decisiveness. He's consistently getting to the spot he wants to. He's up to 39.6 percent from three and shows clear touch on his runners, mid-range attempts and free throws.

Despite sharing the ball with Wagner and Davis, he's averaging 5.7 assists, consistently making reads in ball-screen, drive-and-kick, transition and entry-pass situations.

There are sure to be skeptics who question his 175-pound frame and underwhelming percentages finishing at the rim. But Fland looks too quick, sharp, skilled and willing/smart as a playmaker for 6'2" size to negate the scoring fluidity and passing production when projecting to the next level.
