STRENGTHS:
A very good passer for his size; at 6'7", he does a good job of leveraging his shot creation ability to attract two to the ball and fit passes through tight windows
Creates his space for shot creation with slick crossovers, pump fakes and changes in pace
Gets good elevation on his drives and does a good job of lifting the ball over the top of defenders in the paint
A streaky shooter who can catch fire everywhere, especially when he is contested; his 76% free throw shooting is, while up and down, tells me he can have the shooting touch to find consistency
WEAKNESSES:
Not a lot of athleticism to work with; does not blow by the defense with a quick first step and does not have the acceleration to enter a second gear. That will also put a cap on his perimeter defense
Effort level will need to improve defensively to warrant big minutes, and struggles to keep focus when he is not in the action
Shooting is extremely streaky and sometimes not very good; just a very hot and cold player who finished last season shooting 31% from three. Perhaps the most pivotal skill he'll need to improve upon
Does not use his off hand often when he is trying to get to the rim
Player Comparison: Shades of Nikola Topic and Bogdan Bogdanovic
I saw a big board with him at number 4, which made me laugh. An interesting project if a prospect that’s worth a flyer in the second round. Makes a lot of really fun passes. Also throws the ball right to defenders.
Still remains somewhat of a mystery man, although he preformed well at the combine. He has shined as a playmaking wing who can can defend opposing teams best players. His problem is glaring when watching him play. His shots don't go in. It's not that he doesn't have the shot selection, but more that he isn't able to make those good looks historically. Although, at the draft combine he looked as though he could score at all three levels. His skyrocket rise up draft boards has me a little cautious but if he is what he was at the combine he will be a lot better of a prospect than he appeared previously. A real boom or bust prospect.
His shooting was extremely inconsistent overseas, all the ability is in there to be a top flight shooter but he really needs to start producing and knocking down those shot attempts.

The profile of an athletic, on-ball scoring wing at 6'8" is all well and good, but there are too many red flags here. Bad jumper, shaky handle, struggles in a secondary role. I'm scared off

A SELF DESCRIBED "LESS ATHLETIC ANTHONY EDWARDS". DJURISIC HAS A FLUID GAME WITH A GOOD LOOKING PULL UP JUMPER. HE'S CRAFY AND CAN PLAY MAKE FOR OTHERS AT TIMES. HIS HIGHLIGHTS SHOW HIM HITTING TOUGH JUMPER AFTER TOUGH JUMPER, BUT THE STATS SHOW THAT HE'S BEEN INCONSISTENT ACROSS THE FIELD. IF THE SHOT CAN START TO FALL, YOU MAY HAVE A GUY THERE. BUT OTHERWISE HE'S JUST ANOTHER "EVERYTHING BUT THE BUCKET" DUDE YOU SEE AT THE PARK. ALSO HAS CONCERNS DEFENSIVELY, BUT WITH HIM LIKLEY BEING A LATE 1ST/SECOND ROUND PICK, YOU DON'T EXPECT EVERYTHING.
Nikola Djurisic Projection: 2nd Round NBA Comp: Chandler Parsons NBA Role: Playmaking Wing Pros: Great Playmaking Good Ball Handling
Cons: Weak Score Weak Rebound Weak Defender
Boom or Bust GUY
