Bulls: POR 2024 1st (lottery protected) --> pick #23 and 2024 2nd rounder

Hawks: Capella --> Harris, Little, and pick #11

Blazers: Simons, Nurkic, Little, Knox, pick #3, pick #23, and 2027 1st --> Brown, Pritchard, and Capella

Blazers fill all the holes in their roster, getting a POA defender and all-star SF in Jaylen Brown, while getting more athletic at the C position with Capella. We use pick #23 in order to acquire our 2024 first to free up our future picks, then using our 2027 pick to incentivize the trade. We will still have our 2025 first and a $8.3 mil trade exception to make a move at the deadline. Pritchard and Thybulle as our bench guard duo would compliment each other really well, as Pritchard is an undersized scoring guard paired with one of the best perimeter defenders in the league. We would use our MLE to sign a defensive C like Plumlee, because we have an odd mixture of wings with Reddish, Watford, and Walker (maybe Winslow as well if we re-sign him) however all of them struggle with interior defense. I don't think this team would be ready for contention right away, but with a couple years of trades and MLE signing to upgrade the bench, along with time to let Sharpe develop, this is the type of team that could open the window of contention during the Dame era.
