Blazers need shooting and from the outside it feels like knecht is miserable in LA and maybe portland could be a fresh start for him. Swapping timelords expiring for klebers is nice as well, we need to pay shae and tou next summer.

That makes 14 for the roster going into the season, if only there was a new free agent point guard on the market.
