Portland: Look this is a huge overpay (mainly due to Haywards health) but you gotta do something. This makes the roster more balanced, if healthy Hayward is a great fit and yeah it costs a pick but everyone knows Portland is getting desperate.

Charlotte: Hayward has been hurt a lot and frankly they are going younger so let Miles Bridges get his run. LaMelo and CJ would be deadly, youre bringing a respected vet to the team, and honestly, they do it for the pick and to let all their young forwards get some run.
