Blazers need shooting Bulls need a 2-way do it all forward

*Blazers have shown they want younger players on good contracts. Extending Huerter for 4 years roughly $80m works. He is a solid shooter at 6'7". Williams still has value, just slightly over paid. Moving Grant who is valuable but overpaid is a great trade off.

*Bulls have Mattas, but they could use another forward that can get his own shot, defend positions 2-4 effectively, and be a stable on court presence. Grant is overpaid, but Bulls consolidate 2 rotation players for an arguable top 50 player in the league, PLUS a little draft capital.
