I love Scoot and would be sad if we traded him but how many more moves can you make as an organization to say we don’t trust you yet. Even though that sucks I don’t think what Cronin did was necessarily wrong; Ant for Jrue was amazing (I was also the only one on fanspo to mock that trade), signing Dame for a bargain was a no brainer and getting off Jerami and Kris and getting Ja without dealing picks is smart business. Scoot could still get big minutes off the bench and who knows if Denver will switch things up and trade Jamal and Scoot could see a bigger role. It would suck to see him traded to a team in our division but Mikal went from the Nets to the Knicks and Jaylen just got traded to Philly

I think after this move we still stay under the tax and who knows about the draft capital, I just feel Peyton’s player archetype is more sought after in the league
