POR adds a questionable star with health concerns but he still has an All star outcome. They also reshuffle some 2nd rd picks. Hopefully POR would make the playoffs next year, but that would result in no 1st rd pick in 2026. Adding a quality 2nd rd pick in 2026 helps.
