It may be a rather unpopular and painful idea, but I'd like to see if it can be played.

The Cavs' starting five would be as follows:

  • PG: Darius Garland

  • SG: Donovan Mitchell

  • SF: Dyson Daniels

  • PF: Jabari Smith Jr.

  • C: Evan Mobley

If Cleveland chooses to keep Mobley at PF, the starting five could look like this:

  • PG: Darius Garland

  • SG: Donovan Mitchell

  • SF: Dyson Daniels / Jabari Smith Jr.

  • PF: Evan Mobley

  • C: Jonas Valančiūnas

Atlanta thus gets Jarrett Allen as a starting center at a good price for five years.

Houston manages to increase its three-point scoring capacity.

Wizards get cap space with a good expiring asset.

Indiana gets nothing from Myles Turner being an unrestricted free agent (I don't know why this player doesn't appear on the free agent list on this website). In other words, Myles Turner wouldn't be signed until the 2025/2026 season.
