Why everyone does this trade

Cavs - Get smart for nance. verry good trade off hear, even though the cavs already have a few young gaurds. could feasably trade some for a young high potential forward and make a respectable starting five with a solid bench. New 5 - Sexton, Smart, osman/new sf in another trade with garland, love/new pf in another trade with garland, allen/mcgee

Kings - get a first and second for barnes, plus langford who has solid role player potential to fill out their squad once they sign some starters over next offseason. Thompson just an expiring contract. New 5 - Fox, Heild, someone they sign with cap space, bagley, whiteside

Pelicans - Get a good deal for lonzo and reddick who they have been shopping. Theis an upgrade offensively from adams that would give zion better freedom inside due to floor spacing. Kemba mentor for Kira/NAW, and nesmith who has role player potential as well. keeps trend of young players in NO. New 5 - Kemba, NAW, Ingram, Zion, Theis

Celtics - downgrade ball-hungry backcourt for better bench and more frontcourt defense. makes an extremely balanced team on both ends of the floor New 5 - Lonzo, Brown, Tatum, Barnes, Adams Bench - Pritchard, Redick, Nance, G.Williams, R.Williams
