Celtics go all in and build for the future. This trade does go through after Teague trade date passes. You get Walkers contract off the books, which in turn next year you invest ithn John Collins and Lonzo Ball who are both in line with Tatum and Brown. Turner is under contract for 3 years and locks down the center position. By doing this trade you're able to move Tatum to his nature small forward position and Brown to the shooting guard. Collins is able to be your power forward of the future also can be used as small ball center. Porter for the year gives you the wing we need and give Nesmith a year to sit. Signing Thomas brings in a good story, plus a point guard to either start or being the 6th to 7th man off the bench with Smart. This trade is just the baseline, would be multiple trades in here. Tristan could be involved in one of the trades or else where. But I look at these trades with these four teams to create a line up for the Celtics like this.
