(I'm only doing this deal if Beal forces his way out of Washington this off season and signs for Boston)

If Beal were to sign for Boston this off season, there would be no point in keeping both JT and JB as all three are very similar players, in this trade Boston give JB up while he is still valuable and get a player that would fit perfectly next to Beal and Tatum

The spurs now have a star player in JB who unlike Murray os going to score more points, especially being without JT, I don't know how valuable McDermott is to the spurs but he could be swapped with someone else on a similar contract
