I saw a post on Twitter saying “ Clippers and Trailblazers are aggressively trying to trade for Siakim and Siakim wants to play with his former Raptors teammate Kawhi Sources Staium Athletic”

So the Clippers won the Siakim sweepstakes even though pick 3 is probably more valueable than whatever Clippers could send but because Siakim wants to play with Kawhi the Raptors respect him enough to let him play on a team he wants so they send him to the Clippers. For a bunch of role players 3 on expiring deals in Covington, Gordon, and Preston. Coffey has an extra year on his deal but it’s like 3 mil so it’s not that much. Plus the Clippers are sending pick 30 and a 2029 lottery protected First for a big cap relief next offseason.

Blazers go for a second option in PG and signs back Grant on bird rights. Simons, Knox, Little and 4 picks including pick 3 and 23 in this years draft where the Clippers could trade Morris Batum Powell and essentially Mann away with 1 or multiple of those picks for another superstar like Ingram or Beal or Lavine or Derozan. Clippers could still compete and revamp their roster.

If Clippers keep the picks in this years draft in 3, 23 and 48 than I think these are who the Clippers should grab at each pick.

3 Henderson

23 Whitehead

48 Amari Bailey or Trayce Jackson-Davis if either are available

Clippers starters: Henderson, Simons, Leonard, Siakim, Zubac

Bench: Hyland, Mann, Little, Bj Boston, Plumlee? Or another Cheaper option at Center.

I think this could work for all 3 teams. Everyone on here doesn’t value PG like he should be valued this takes tremendous amount of load off his shoulder because Lillard would have the ball in his hands a lot that PG could just sit back and shoot 3 and not have to do a lot like he did on the Clippers which would make PG a lot healthier and will play exceptional next to Lillard plus they still have Grant so essentially they have a big 3 there as well.
