Is this enough for Beal?

Memphis trades away a lot while not giving up all their core for a superstar who can get them over the top. If Beal does come available, trading away youngsters Desmond Bane along with Jontay Porter and Kyle Anderson and Jonas Valancionis (to also rid themsleves of expensive salary and allow JJJ to play in the paint) along with some serious draft capital is reasonable while not trading away all their core (Brooks, Jackson Jr.). Beal along with Ja, Brooks, and JJJ will be a formidable Big Four (wow) in the future and now.
New lineup: Ja - Beal - Brooks - Winslow - JJJ
Wizards
The Wizards kick off a rebuild by trading away Beal. They get a lot of draft capital and get some youngsters in Desmond Bane (a future SG), Brandon Clarke (who can be a future F) and Jontay Porter (a future big) and also Valancionis as a trading asset (they can get more capital for him). I think this is a reasonable offer for both sides here. They also trade Davis Bertans likely to a contending team for assets.
New lineup: Russ - Bane - Hachumura - Clarke - Porter with no draftees included.
