Let's face it, Kings fans. Holmes is probably going to get PAID by a team this offseason, that the Kings won't be able to match. With that in mind, here are some trades that work around this.
Warriors Acquire: Harrison Barnes, Justin James
Kings Acquire: Andrew Wiggins
Why?
The Kings make this trade because Andrew Wiggins is a promising young player that can be an excellent second option to Fox. Wiggins also adds great defense, when Barnes didn't. The Kings' biggest need is defense, if we aren't talking about coaching in Luke Walton.
The Warriors make this trade to get ready to make a deep playoff run in 2022. They get rid of Andrew Wiggins' bad contract and bring in Barnes to add a vet. Harrison Barnes also adds chemistry to the team. They also get a young Justin James, who can develop under the mentorship of Curry, Klay, Draymond, and Barnes. Also, Kelly Oubre is probably leaving somewhere in the offseason where he can get paid.

Kings Acquire: Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, 2023 Second
Why?
The Lakers make this trade to add a knockdown shooter to space the floor in Buddy Hield. They also acquire Hassan Whiteside via sign and trade because there is a very high chance Andre Drummond leaves in free agency. Hassan is a filler for the time where the Lakers don't have a great center.
The Kings make this trade because Buddy has no role on the Kings anymore. Neither does Hassan Whiteside. The Kings get Kyle Kuzma as a PF for the future. Kuzma plays good defense and will thrive under Walton's familiar coaching. Harrell is also in this trade because he doesn't make a spot on the Lakers anymore. He can play a good 6th man role for the Kings as a backup PF/C. A second is added to this to make the Kings agree.

Why?
The Magic make this trade because Mo Bamba hasn't panned out for them. They have Wendell Carter Jr. and Moritz Wagner. They grasp Marvin Bagley III as a PF that can hopefully develop into an All-Star.
The Kings make this trade because they need a defensive center to fill the spot Richaun Holmes makes this offseason. The Kings get rid of Marvin Bagley's drama and injury tendencies which is a huge W.
