Going to take a run at a few options. I'm trying to get Cleveland in range to get Keegan Murray, who I see as the best 3 in this class.

Detroit is a team who's rumored to be interested in Sexton as an RFA to pair with Cunningham. They also were rumored to have balked at an offer of Hart + the 2025 Mil 1st for Grant. This feels like good value for both, moving from 5 to 7 and picking up 2 immediate starters in exchange for Grant.

If Portland was willing to give Hart + a future 1st for Grant, would getting the 14th pick back be enough to up that to their 1st this year? In addition, they gain enough cap space to make a max offer in FA without losing anything substantial. This seems like a much faster route back to contention in the west than building through the draft.

Cleveland consolidates 2 assets that likely won't contribute to their core long term for one that will. In addition, Bledsoe can provide a bridge to Rubio with his partially guaranteed deal and give them close to $65M coming off the books next year.
