Why does it make sense

Memphis is a really good team but with bad boy attitudes and glock issues, they severely underperformed last year. However, they have potential to become title contenders and this is a trade that will definitely make them stronger. With Giannis added in their team, they have a strong starting lineup: Ja, Smart , Desmond, Giannis, Adams

It will be great defensively and offensively will be very good along with great bench depth.

Meanwhile, Milwaukee will get a future star in JJJ and some good role players along with 4 first round picks which could be valuable soon in the future if giannis leaves. They get a great package considering Giannis may leave in 2 years
