POR should technically move on from Ayton/Grant/Simons (no one proving to be THE guy to actually impact winning) and reset the losing culture. Scoot not that guy mental maturity to build around.

NOP: Retool with capable bodies to pad the depth preparing for Zion departure. Scoot southern-boy, think he'll thrive in NO (city) culture generally, and playing with defensive studs will only help, needs vet/mentorship DeJounte/CJ (if CJ stays ... BBoston up'n'coming). Thybulle can be flipped if he doesn't gel in quasi-French NO.
