Its obvious the Wizards are in a rebuild and that they want to lose as many games as possible. To maximize losses, their players that don't fit the timeline should be dealt.

Why the Wizards would do the deal: Kyle Kuzma and Tyus Jones don't fit Washingtons rebuilding timeline. They get shipped out for a haul of picks, (3 firsts and a second) which is the main reason this trade is made. The Wizards also get Davion Mitchell who is a 25 year old lock down defending point guard on a small contract. Orlando Robinson who is a young big man, a player who could grow into a solid player in a position of need for the Wizards, and Kyle Lowry who is on an expiring deal. He can walk in the offseason but until then, Jordan Poole definitely needs someone to help get his feet under him and keep him grounded, Lowry's a great vet.

New look Wizards: Kyle Lowry Jordan Poole Bilal Coulibaly Deni Avdija Daniel Gafford

Delon Wright/Davion Mitchell, Johnny Davis/Landry Shamet, Corey Kispert/Pat Baldwin Jr, Danilo Gallinari and Orlando Robinson/Mike Muscala off the bench. Team looks trash but they need to give the young guys burn, and lose anyway. This is the beginning of the rebuild and getting 3 firsts and a second isn't a bad addition.

Why the Kings do the trade: The Kings are already an amazing offensive team. They score at a very high level. Adding Kuz would be an insane addition because he brings 3 level scoring plus he can grab boards. He is more of an iso scorer but he can also catch and shoot, I think he is a big upgrade in the starting lineup and he will really help the Kings. The shooting they lose in Huerter is replaced by Duncan Robinson, who this year has expanded his game and is now driving and finishing at the rim as well as putting the ball on the floor and dishing the rock.

New look Kings: DeAaron Fox Duncan Robinson Kyle Kuzma Keegan Murray Domantas Sabonis

Keon Ellis, Malik Monk (could also start, but I love him as a bench spark), Chris Duarte, Sasha Vezenkov, and Trey Lyles off the bench.

Why the Heat do this trade: The Heat have been needing a point guard and additional scoring for a little bit now, Lowry had been solid but he's on an expiring deal and getting old. Tyus Jones comes in and is able to run the offense. A guy who is known for his good assist to turnover ratio and IQ with the ball in his hands, he'll be a great distributor to Herro, Huerter, Jimmy and most of all Bam, who has been a lot better this season offensively but could REALLY thrive with a true facilitating point guard. Huerter comes in and immediately gives a shooting boost, he may not be the greatest defender but an underrated part of his game is his ability to rebound and facilitate. Harrison Barnes is an underrated part of this deal because he fits the "Heat culture" he is a good defender and can also benefit catching and shooting.

New look Heat: Tyus Jones Tyler Herro Jimmy Butler Harrison Barnes Bam Adebayo

Kevin Huerter, Josh Richardson, Jaime Jaquez Jr, Caleb Martin/Haywood Highsmith, Kevin Love/Thomas Bryant off the bench. The idea of having Jones run the 6th man like he did in Memphis also intrigues me, let Bam and Herro run a little of the point.
