The Bucks are in desperate need of some POA defense from guards and can find that in a guy who knows the organization with Brogdon. Portis might be hard to pry away but he is really the only way the deal gets done financially.
The Thunder have been struggling to rebound defensively and adding Portis for a first in a weak draft would be amazing. He can provide that much-needed rebounding without compromising the scheme the Thunder want to run.
