Imo this is a win all trade by a landslide for all teams. This trade can happen in the offseason and help out a lot.
Raptors They trade their all star point guard and a high level SG, but in exchange they get the best rim protector in the past decade. Raps also get a top 5 sixth man in return. the defense and switchability that Toronto can run on any team would be terrifying after this.
Projected 5: Scottie Barnes - Jordan Clarkson - OG Anunoby - Pascal Siakam - Rudy Gobert
Pistons: What better return for Jerami Grant is 3 young players, two of them high potential wings, and two first round picks? Detroit also gets a solid PG in Malachi Flynn, and I believe cam reddish can flourish in Detroit.
Projected 5: Kilian Hayes - Cade Cunningham - Saddiq Bey - Cameron Reddish - Isaiah Stewart
Jazz: They trade away Gobert. However, they get insanely good by adding defensive players and versatility. They swap out an aging Conley for an a star guard in VanVleet. Grant and Randle shore up their defense, and Mitchell Robinson is no slouch either. Clarkson and Donovan together simply don't work, and by making this trade, they still have an amazing instant offense player in Bogdanovic, who can also close the game with Randle at center.
Projected 5: Fred VanVleet - Donovan Mitchell - Jerami Grant - Julius Randle - Mitchell Robinson
Knicks: Basically they swap out Kemba and Reddish (two players who they don't play) for Conley. Conley is kind of aging, but can still contribute well and provide good mentorship. However the real prize is Gary Trent Jr. 23 years old and averaging 18 a game, he has a chance to break out in New York and become a star. Randle is clearly better off leaving New York, and getting a rising star for him would be amazing. Also opens up minutes for obi topping.
Projected 5 Mike Conley - Gary Trent Jr - RJ Barrett - Obi Toppin - Nerlens Norl
