Bucks trade a top 5 protected pick in 2031 to Portland as well.

I think many Bucks fans are fed up with Lopez at this point, yes he is still a good interior defender and shooter but his play doesn't match with the rest of their lineup, he would be a better fit with the warriors even though his mobility is worse than Looney or TJD. The Warriors however do lack someone to defend their interior, Draymond isn't that guy anymore. The Warriors also acquire Jerami Grant and Malcolm Brogdon both upgrades on Wiggins and CP3. And also Thybulle who is more reliable than GPII due to his injury proness. The warriors lineup would be:

Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Jonathan Kuminga, Jerami Grant, Brook Lopez

Malcolm Brogdon, Brandim Podziemski, Matisse Thybulle, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Kevon Looney

A lot more deep and reliable than this years in my opinion. Especially if Kuminga takes another likely step. The warriors could not get better and not make any trades and waste Curry like the lakers did Kobe but I believe that is less likely. This sets the warriors up for two more years of Curry, Klay, Lopez, Brogdon and Thybulle. After that they can easily get another two guys on a max in 2026 with a lot of players expiring then. I do believe its worth it both as a gift for Currys loyalty but also for the ownership money wise. Some warriors fans would also argue that Draymond cost them the playoffs this season due to his suspension, they want him off the team.

The Bucks acquire Draymond, someone Dame has wanted for years alongside GPII and Robert Williams III two championship role players. Draymond adds more playmaking, the ability to run better screens and a big presence in the locker room. Giannis would have to play more of a center role in defense but this would only work even better for them against teams like the Celtics and other perimeter teams who can counter Lopez. The mobility on this team would be incredible and the defense is insane with Giannis, Dramond, Timelord, GPII, Middleton and Beverley. GPII and Robert Williams improve the bench drastically and allows Doc to run more variety in lineups, especially with a lot of people being able to bring up the ball. They do give up another future first but it's not a lot for an improved shot at a champiomship

Bucks Lineup:

Damian Lillard, Malik Beasley, Khris Middleton, Giannis Antentokoumpo, Draymond Green

Patrick Beverely, Gary Payton II, Jae Crowder, Bobby Portis, Robert Williams III

I would love to see a lineup of Dame, Middleton, Giannis, Draymond and Timelord at some point in the season, that would be extremely fun. Insane defense... Would love to see that team matchup against someone like the Celtics or Cleveland... Giannis defending more guards would be fun to see.

Portlands involvement I am the most unsure about as a blazers fan. Aqquiring 3 first round picks, Moody, Beuchamp, Wiggins and Chris Paul is a decent move but Grant, Brogdon, Thybulle and Timelord might be a steep price for it however it is a good rebuild move. Especially if Simons gets traded which I advocate for as he would bring a lot of capital back. Chris Paul is also a very good mentor for Scoot as a playmaker and could bring down his turnovers. Wiggins is a decent wing player however I am personally in the camp of trading up using the Warriors pick to acquire another top 8 pick to be able to select one more wing to start ahead of Wiggins. Those Warriors pick could be worth a lot as well.

Blazers Lineup:

Scoot Henderson, Shaedon Sharpe, Andrew Wiggins, Top-4 Pick, Deandre Ayton

Chris Paul, Moses Moody, Toumani Camara, Jabari Walker, Warriors Pick

Rayan Rupert, Pat Connaughton, MarJon Beuchamp, Kris Murray, Duop Reath
