Knicks:

Add some depth to fill in the spots of their injured players. Will help make a deeper playoff push. Only have to give up two late first round picks.

Grizzlies:

Get rid of their bad contract in Kennard. Bring in Bridges with the hopes of resigning him to a longterm contact. The Grizzlies will still have a top draft pick that they could use to draft a center or trade the pick for one. Grizzlies will instantly become contenders again next year.

Hornets:

Sell their power forwards which they have been wanting to do. They get back draft capital and are able to start fully tanking with LaMelo Ball being out every now and then this season. They also get back some young talent in Quentin Grimes and Jake LaRavia. They hope to land a top draft pick and draft their young guy for the future.
