I've decided to bring back the old KD trades series as there is still no end in sight but we have an update: KD wants to go to the Celtics or Sixers along with his previous preferences. In this trade, Durant winds up on the Celtics in exchange for an all-star in Brown and reigning DPOY (deserving or not, he's elite) in Smart, along with several pick swaps. (I'm not sure how to make pick swaps work on here so each of the picks protected by favorability would mean the Nets have the right to swap with the Celtics in those years.) The Celtics also throw in an additional Jazz pick, which they get by sending Pritchard to Utah in exchange for Gay and the pick. This pick would probably be closer to top-25 protected than lottery protected but Fanspo doesn't allow for that so I chose lottery protected instead. However, the Nets get a solid return back for KD and everyone leaves happy.
