Bulls would make the first move by giving Vuc to Pels, but they get back Smart and Theis, 2 veterans on short term contracts who could help them either this season or as trade bait. The lose a 2nd to the Nets. It is assumed that they would make more trades and that this is the start of the tank.
The Grizzlies get the biggest prize, but it costs them Smart and 2 firsts. If the Bulls don't want to take on Smart, then a combination of Luke Kennard and Brandon Clarke would be about the same money but would free up half of that money next year.
The Pels need to figure out their directions going forward, but Vuc is a good short term 5 and could play well with Zion (if he's ever healthy.) The also get a look at Bogdanovic, who would give them some size and 3 pt shooting. Or he could be traded.
The Nets get CJ McCollum, who should have trade value if they don't want to keep him, but more importantly they net 2 firsts and a second while freeing up future money.
