I think this is a good return for the grizzlies as they send away an old center in Steven Adams and an Unwanted Asset in Dillon Brooks to Phoenix for a young, quality center in Ayton. Suns get Depth and a bit of cap space in order to sign a player with the MLE along with a second round pick where they could select players like Kai Soto, Emoni Bates etc.
