Spurs: Herro fits their timeline and is on a good contract. Herro, Johnson, and Vassel would make a nice core of wings. The Blazers want to get off of Nurkic’s contract but he’s actually very valuable to the Spurs. They need a big body who can guard centers so Wemby can play the four. Nurkic can body Jokic, JV, Ayton, Embiid, etc. while preserving Wemby’s health. Spurs give up some expiring contracts, Wesley, a lottery protected first, and three of their thousand second rounders they have.

Blazers: if they want picks this is the way to go. They get three firsts along with two pick swaps. In addition, they clear up cap room for next year and Lowry/McBuckets will be valuable trade pieces at the trade deadline. They get two young players with potential in Jovic and Wesley as well.

Heat: they get their guy in Dame most importantly. They also pick up two good depth pieces in Graham who can fill Herro’s role a bit as a scorer and Collins who can provide solid minutes behind Bam (and is an upgrade over Zeller lol).
