Knicks have found themselves this year and now are the FOUR seed in the east, we probably wont see them make the finals this year but what if they could pull this off, they have been eyeing CJ this season but the Blazers wont give in but if Kawhii declines is Player option and the Blazers make a mover, they have to get rid of |CJ so here is whhere the knicks step in. Lots of teams would love CJ but the knicks have the available Cap space and only have to trade 1 role player and 1 potential Rudy Gobert in Mitchell Robinson. Knicks can pull this off and sign Demar to a 2 year 40 million dollar deal and re-sign D rose to a 2 year 6 million dollar deal and re sign Rj Barret to a 4 year 20 million dollar deal. They also sign Andre Drummond a great rebounder and post scorer who has upgraded his passing ability.

Lineup: CJ, Demar, RJ, Randle, and Drummond

As far as the lineup, i believe that its better than the nets linup, no this team dosent have 3 mvp type players but its a great Lineup, CJ is playing Pg because RJ should start because the knicks need to make him develop his game more. THis would be the perfect off season for the knicks.

Blazers may decline but they have lost some picks so getting 3 firsts and Leo is great. Mitchell Robinson could become a potential Rudy GObert if he stays healthy and KNox could possibly revive his career with a vet Like MELO. Blazers sign Kawhii to a 3 year 97 million dollar deal and re-sign Powell to a 3 year 30 million dollar deal and I forgot to re-sign Melo and lets say they re-sign him to a 2 year 8 million dollar deal.

Lineup: Dame, Powell, kawhii, COvington, and NUrk

This could be a top 5 team in the west Dame will be Dame obiously and Powell has provan that he could be clutch and he is playing with his former teamate Kawhii. Kawhii gives the Blazers something they have struggled with... Defence! Kawhii is a two time DPOY and shows up in the playoffs (most of the time). THis would be a team most people will watch just because they have a duo of Leo and Dame and in crunch time you have 2 options and you can't throw multiple defenders because they have 2 very great clutch players.

so, i can see both teams being contenders if this happen and maybe they will vs each other in the finals lol but as for the trade let me know your thoughts
