Why PHO do it:
They desperately need a better backup big
Bring them decent rim protection and a roll man
Richards is one of the few decent rotational guys that they can land with their expiring useless players
Why CHA do it:
Makes sense for their rebuild to sell whatever piece they can get value from
Not a big deal but gives them even more open CAP next offseason
Gives them one more big so that they can stop playing Mensah
