If the Kings decide to blow it up later in the season when the playoffs begin to look less and less likely, then this is one of the better packages you could get for Fox. Two unprotected firsts from Atlanta, a good player on a nice contract in Keldon Johnson, and an expiring deal in Tre Jones. The Kings could then look at the market for Sabonis and DeRozan and go back into the rebuild with just one playoff appearance in the last 18 years.

The Spurs get an all-star PG who will only be 27 by the end of this season and will be available to a long-term, big-money contract. Fox could be the second star / ball-handler for Spurs for the foreseeable future who can score, playmake, play defense, and be respectable from three.
