Clips get a ceiling raising big and reunite Tate with Harden to be a younger version of PJ Tucker. They also get Reggie Bullock in a sign and trade.
Blazers get a couple young versatile shooters and a good 2nd for Rob Will. Bones is pretty much salary filler, but he could maybe back up Scoot/Ant. They still need to consolidate, especially their forwards, but they add some assets here.
The Rockets say goodbye to Jae'Sean but add the tough vet presence of PJ Tucker, who can lead from the sidelines. Tate is similar, but doesn't have a route to minutes and has some gas left in the tank. They upgrade leadership and mitigate their rotational crunch while picking up a 2nd. Coffey can play a role as a wing defender and shooter if injuries strike their rotation.
