I’ve seen people, such as Kendrick Perkins and Boogie Cousins, say that the Hawks should trade Trae Young because he deserves better. I don’t think that will happen but you never know. But I’d say San Antonio is the prime destination for him if he’s moved. IMO Spurs giving up their potential top 3 pick is worth it. There has been some young players who have stepped up in Trae’s absence, like Kobe Bufkin, and I think this gives the hawks a nice roster with Murray running point.
