Pelicans get their starting center in Capela and a shooter in Duncan to solve their two biggest needs, they also get a first (which idk if it's too much given that BI might walk for nothing and wants a max)
GSW get a scorer to give Steph's one last chance at the campionship. They Give up a a first, but they keep Kuminga and the young players no Warrioir's fan want to give up for a star. They also get rid of Wiggins contract.
ATL is in a tough situation since they dont have their picks, they have no need to trade Trae, but I am assuming he wants to have a chance at winning and ATL does not provide that. Here Hawks get 2FRP, Herro who can lead the team or they can move her somewhere else for more picks, and salary fillers. I'd assume in these scenario they would also move Wiggins if they can.
Miami gets a perfect fit with Jimmy and Bam, who is still Young and could be Bam's partner for the future. They also get a great young shooter in Hawkins to come of the bench instead of Duncan. With this move miami improves now while remaining competitive long term after Jimmy.
Not mentioned here but the biggest winner of this trade would be San Antonio
