Denver receives the most favorable 2028 FRP. Golden State receives the least favorable 2028 FRP.
The Nets swap two veteran players in exchange for an unprotected 2026 FRP from GSW, the more favorable of their 2027 SRP and Dallas’, and a 2028 SRP via ATL. This is a very good trade for them that gives them three draft picks, and Wiggins is someone they could flip for more draft picks in the future.
The Pistons get a better SRP in exchange for helping facilitate this trade.
The Nuggets swap MPJ for a player who can do similar things and a significant bench upgrade, as well as future draft compensation. Cam can do just as much as MPJ as the third or fourth option on offense, and DFS gives their bench a big boost. They receive the most favorable of their 2028 FRP and Golden State’s. This is significant because while Denver is likely to be good for the next 4-5 years, the Warriors could be going downhill very quickly by then depending upon what happens with Steph. They also receive GSW’s 2029 SRP.
Jamal - Braun - Cam - Gordon - Joker
RWB - Watson - DFS - Saric - Jordan
The Warriors receive the legitimate second option they need to pair Steph with. MPJ can thrive in an expanded role, and the Warriors are able to make this trade without sacrificing any of their young players by giving up future draft capital. This is a fantastic trade for them that gives them a much better chance of winning another chip in the next 2 years.
Steph - Podz - MPJ - JK - Dray
Melton - Hield - Moody - SloMo - TJD/Looney
