DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic would fill in the two biggest needs in the Memphis Grizzlies lineup by adding a starting caliber small forward, who is even more than just starting caliber. Alongside that a big man who can dominate the glass next to Jackson Jr who needs some help with getting rebounds and adding size to the Grizzlies for a play in run after Ja Morant comes back from his suspension. The risk of a 2024 first rounder may be the most questionable part from the Grizzlies POV but if they find a way to pay DeMar an extension during the trade it would be reasonable.

Ziaire Williams as a young player with some promise and 1 first rounder with a 2026 protected first for taking on the salary of two players who have recently had season ending injuries and are on multi year contracts would obviously be a trade made for going the direction of rebuilding their roster in the draft.
