But here's my thought process.

Maybe the Celts don't want to pay Jaylen the All NBA contract extension. They still get an Allstar back and Naz can help space the floor as well. it's probably time for Horford to start playing 20-25 minutes a game likely coming off the bench, but I think the frontcourt shooting will really help Tatum explode to 6-7 assists/game. Pritchard, Muscala (and I'm pretty sure Hauser also has a non-guaranteed contract next year) get dropped to get under the tax. They move on from Time Lord who has a decent contract but will likely keep playing his reckless style and miss 20-30 games a year. They get the #11 for their trouble and potentially get Jarace Walker, Taylor Hendricks, Gradey Dick, Cason Wallace, Keyonte George, or Nick Smith. If they grab a guard, they likely bring Grant Williams back. Any of the 3 forwards probably make Grant redundant, but maybe they hold back on this year and go after Siakam in '24 or someone of that ilk bc they'll have another 9 million falling off the books in Kornet and Gallinari.

Ainge gets his guy and moves on from an overpaid gunner in Sexton. Dude's a sniper tho. Losing Markkanen hurts, and Brown had a pretty terrible series against the Heat but he balled out last year in the Finals and pretty much all of this regular season. If you can grab a top 20 guy, you gotta do it right? So why are the Celts passing on him? The luxury tax is going to fuck the Celts with fillng out their roster bc Tatum will likely be getting All NBA status in one of his last 2 years of his current contract... you can't give $100 mil to 2 guys and expect to make a real run at the finals (apologies to the Lakers, the score was closer than the games felt against the Nuggets - and they couldn't even get a game with 'Bron scoring 30 in a half).

Wemby is going to need some shooting and Sexton can fill it up from anywhere. They'll be exciting, but likely still a lottery team next year. Collin is easily worth a couple of 2nd rounder even with his contract.

The Magic roll the dice with Time Lord and his ability to be available. In doing so they likely pay Isaac $7 and change for his partially guaranteed contract and wish him well. They can waive/decline options on Harris, Okeke, Bitadze, MCW, Admiral, and Isaac and create an additional $30m+ in cap space... so around 44 in total or so? Just saying they could easily get Gary Trent Jr if they wanted him (they need a 2 guard that is probably top 30 at his position, right?), whoever they get at #6, a couple of minimums and still be under the tax.

alright... who'd I screw over the most?
