Heat trade Jimmy, Duncan & Ware for Ingram, Hawkins, CJ & a 1st round pick from the Pelicans. Dont think the Pelicans do it without getting a Center in return.

Heat flip CJ and Highsmith to the Magic for Isaac and Cole.

Either the Heat trade Bryant for Bamba or they sign Bamba in free agency.

Heat trade Rozier and a 1st round pick for Lonzo & salary filler. Gets off Terrys contract quicker. Worst case scenario Lonzo is a 21 million expiring contract. Also could sign a cheaper contract after this one to stay with the Heat on a team friendly deal. If not its fine cause the Heat need to negotiate extensions/contracts with Herro, Ingram, Jaime & Jovic.

Start: Herro/Hawkins/Ingram/Isaac/Bam Bench: Lonzo/Cole/Jaime/Jovic/Bamba 3rd string: Dru/Christopher/Pelle/Keshad/Love

Some reasons I didn't put Lonzo starting is cause i want to see the potential with Herro & Hawkins. I feel like they can be one of if not the best shooting backcourt. Defense would be the issue but Bam and Isaac take care of alot. Also nobody questions Herro or Hawkins effort on the defensive end which is a great sign.

Also not sure if Lonzo can stay healthy. Cole is really a SG in a PG body so having Lonzo next to him would help.

The Heat can also start Bamba and have Bam play the 4 for at least 15 minutes a game to preserve Bam. Then have Isaac close with Bam at the 5. This is similar to what Draymond and Looney did in the Warriors run.
