I’ve seen a lot of stuff about trading Mitch. That’s stupid to trade him at his lowest value while he’s still a very valuable asset when healthy. Therefore the Knicks should find a center who they can pair with Mitch. I think Isaiah Stewart is the guy for this.
Despite being on the shorter side, he’s got a 7’4 wingspan, shot 40% from 3 last season, and by the numbers was one of the best rebounders and rim protectors last year(players shot like 12% worse at the rim when he contested). He’s also locked up on a decent contract for 4 years, making him both a great asset to have but harder to trade for.
Ti match contracts the Knicks have to give up 4 players. I doubt the pistons can retain 4 players which is why the heat r included just so they only have to take back 3 for 1 which is maybe doable? If not just cut Bryant. Precious and McBride r the 2 main value pieces, both being good young assets(McBride being the much better of the 2) and especially McBride would pair well w Cade as a smaller but great defending combo guard. They also they control of their first round pick back.
Heat will prob turn KBD into the greatest role player ever which is why I included them as they get value out of players that no one else does.
Note: this allows the Knicks to sign some different minimum players w a lot of good ones out there, and they can also keep both Landry shammet and morris who r real nba players, especially shamet
